Establish a requirement for Air and Water Cooled Chiller Maintenance at Goodfellow AFB, TX. The contractor must provide all items, materials, personnel, and services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). A single award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror under a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must review the PWS and follow instructions to submit a complete, self-sufficient written quote, including price quotation and technical requirements. The technical submission must include a cover letter with specified company information, sufficient documentation addressing the technical requirements, and a statement regarding exceptions to the PWS. Failure to comply with the instructions may lead to rejection of the quote. The Period of Performance (PoP) is 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2031.
