Site work for a water / sewer project in Troutdale, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will rehabilitate the existing Grindstone Campground sanitary sewer system and decommission the current lagoon system. Work includes replacing more than 4,300 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer, installing over 20 manholes and associated laterals, and constructing a new treatment system with a drip field and related site improvements to serve as the replacement for the lagoon system. The existing lagoon system will be fully removed and decommissioned. The contractor shall provide all materials, personnel, equipment, and resources necessary to meet the requirements contained in the construction plans and specifications.
