The deliverables include semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspection of all HVAC systems in City-owned buildings, with detailed service reports and condition ratings for each system. The Supplier will provide on-call repair services billed at an hourly rate, including 24/7 emergency response. At the City’s discretion, the Supplier may also be requested to replace HVAC units or components when required; such work will be quoted separately and approved by the City prior to commencement. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of the City, other than the designated RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.
