Grande Spirit Foundation, on behalf of Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC), is inviting bids from qualified mechanical contractors for the upgrade of the boiler system at Aurora Court, a two-storey residential building totaling approximately 1,615 m2 (17,383 sq. ft.). The Work includes: Removal of existing boiler equipment Supply and installation of two (2) high-efficiency condensing boilers Venting modifications Hydronic piping modifications Gas line verification and modification as required Electrical tie-ins and control integration Condensate management Commissioning and staff training This project will be awarded on a stipulated fixed price basis in accordance with the attached Bid & Contract Package. All work must comply with applicable Alberta boiler, gas, building, plumbing, and electrical codes. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 2:00 PM
