The Municipality is seeking a qualified, multidisciplinary consultant to complete necessary investigations and detailed design of a sanitary sewer on Rideau River Rd South and Van Buren St, for the southeast catchment area of Kemptville. The scope includes the design of approximately 1200m of sanitary sewers and approximately 275m of watermain. Rideau River Rd is an urban, arterial roadway and Van Buren St is an urban, collector roadway, both located within the Town of Kemptville and under the jurisdiction of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. Both streets are currently serviced with open ditching and a looped watermain. The design is intended to support existing and proposed development in the area.
