The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of restoring multiple Cut Permits within boulevards, medians, and other grassed areas with sod and or seed in the North (West) Area of the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: excavation and removal of excess subsoil material from the Cut restoration area; supply, placement, and compaction of suitable backfill material; supply and installation of Imported Fill material; grading of Cut restoration area; adjustment of Curb Stop Boxes and Valve Boxes; placement of topsoil, finish grading, and rolling; installation, replacement, and/or regrading of patio blocks; placement of sod; placement of seed; placement of hydroseed; watering and rolling sod and seed; site clean-up; commencement of Thirty Day Maintenance Period; maintenance of sod and seed areas; and termination of sod and seed areas.
