Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of restoring multiple Cut Permits within boulevards, medians, and other grassed areas with sod and/or seed in the North (North) Area of the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the work include excavation and removal of excess subsoil material from the Cut restoration area, supply, placement, and compaction of suitable backfill material, supply and installation of imported fill material, grading of the Cut restoration area, adjustment of curb stop boxes and valve boxes, placement of topsoil, finish grading, and rolling, installation, replacement, and/or regrading of patio blocks, placement of sod, seed, and hydroseed, watering and rolling sod and seed, site clean-up, commencement and maintenance of a thirty (30) day maintenance period for sod and seed areas, and termination of sod and seed areas. Instructions require compliance with referenced specifications and proper site restoration methods.
