The Ontario Energy Board requires fifty (50) laptops to be supplied to its office at 2300 Yonge Street, 27th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M4P 1E4. The laptops must be HP brand, with Windows 11 Pro, Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor, 32GB RAM, 512GB storage, 14-inch WUXGA touchscreen, Intel Arc Graphics, touchscreen functionality, silver color, five (5) year warranty, not at end of life until at least 2031, and be a 2-in-1 flip model. Vendors must indicate their ability to supply the full quantity and specify delivery timelines. Only one model will be selected, and exceeding the minimum requirements will not provide additional evaluation credit. Delivery is required by March 23, 2026, no later than 12:00:00 PM EST. The Ontario Energy Board reserves the right to issue multiple awards if a single vendor cannot provide all units. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
