Sumner County proposes to contract with an individual(s) or organization(s) for the furnishing, delivery, design, fabrication, and installation services required to complete a permanent public monument honoring Brigadier General Jethro Sumner. The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and supervision for the project located in Sumner County, Tennessee. The placement of the monument will be in the common area to the right of the main entrance of the Sumner County Courthouse, 155 East Main Street, Gallatin, TN, on the side closest to the Gallatin Public Library. Question Deadline 02/25/2026: In the event that any interested vendor finds any part of the listed specifications, terms, or conditions to be discrepant, incomplete, or otherwise questionable in any respect, it shall be the responsibility of the concerned party to immediately notify Sumner County, via email at purchasing@sumnercountytn.gov
