The City of Georgetown is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of the Northlands Water Reclamation Facility. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Engineer to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the project. The City has established eighty million ($80,000,000) to one-hundred and sixty million ($160,000,000) Dollars as the estimated construction budget contingent upon the selected capacity of the facility. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
