The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of the Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Engineer to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project. The City will select a Construction Manager at Risk through this RFP process. This will be a one-step process as provided for in Section 2269.253 of the Code.
