**As of October 14, 2026, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.** The City of Georgetown (City) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors with substantial and relevant experience to serve as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for construction of the Three Forks Water Reclamation Facility. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the City staff and Engineer to ensure an efficient design approach and construction delivery of the Project.
