Site work for a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and 12-unit residential development.
* Award subject to final approval. The work involves the full servicing of six residential lots on Kinsmen Norman Road Park, three lots on Olive Road, and three lots on Norman Road. This includes the installation of sanitary and storm private drain connections, as well as water service connections. The scope also includes the construction of an underground stormwater storage chamber within the adjacent parkland and all required restoration. Bid submissions must be made electronically through the Citys Bidding System at www.biddingo.com/windsor. Bids submitted by any other means will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for ensuring bids are received prior to the submission deadline and must register with the bidding system. Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and its amendments. The procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
