Separate sealed bids are requested for the Spence Sanitary Sewer Extension 2026 and all appurtenances thereto. The project includes 260 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line, one manhole, and one lamp hole in Chelsea, Oklahoma. All bids must include assurances of compliance with Oklahoma state competitive bidding provisions and shall include items in the specifications. All bids must be made on the required bid form; all blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in with ink or typewritten, and the bid form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. Bids carrying riders, alterations of construction time, or qualifications that modify the amount of the bid as submitted can be rejected as irregular. The bidder must fill out the bid form and other required documents for the bid opening. The Town may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for opening. No bidder may withdraw a bid within thirty calendar days following the actual date of the opening. Contract documents may be picked up at the Town of Chelsea or requested via email for a fee. Question Deadline 03/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Owner in writing
