The work includes, but is not limited to: - Removal and reinstallation of existing solar screens and wooden sills; - Removal and reinstallation of existing windows (framing and glazing); - Insulation and waterproofing work; - Spot repairs to masonry; - Repair work on interior finishes; - Painting work; - Assistance with performance testing; - Various electromechanical work, including the protection or temporary removal of certain electrical baseboards necessary for the complete completion of the Work; - Demolition, protection, leveling, and other work necessary for the complete completion of the Work. The Contract includes the recovery of certain existing equipment and its reinstallation. The work also involves all related work, including but not limited to: site preparation and cleaning, temporary protective structures, repairs and modifications to existing interior structures, jointing, repair and drilling work as required, correction of deficiencies, demobilization, and final cleaning. The Contractor must take into account that, depending on the work schedule, part of the work will have to be carried out in winter conditions.
