Reference number: 20125013 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-03-02 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Estimated contract price range 736 000 $ à 6 943 899 $ Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 6 The University of Quebec in Montreal, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, with its headquarters at 1430 Saint-Denis Street, H2X 3J8, Montreal, Quebec, is requesting bids for the replacement of 114 windows installed on levels R, 1, 2, and 3 facing the main façade of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Building (C), located at 1250 Sanguinet Street, Montreal. The work includes, but is not limited to: - Removal and reinstallation of existing solar screens and wooden sills; - Removal and reinstallation of existing windows (framing and glazing); - Insulation and waterproofing work; - Spot repairs to masonry; - Repair work on interior finishes; - Painting work; - Assistance with performance testing; - Various electromechanical work, including the protection or temporary removal of certain electrical baseboards necessary for the complete completion of the Work; - Demolition, protection, leveling, and other work necessary for the complete completion of the Work. The Contract includes the recovery of certain existing equipment and its reinstallation. The work also involves all related work, including but not limited to: site preparation and cleaning, temporary protective structures, repairs and modifications to existing interior structures, jointing, repair and drilling work as required, correction of deficiencies, demobilization, and final cleaning. The Contractor must take into account that, depending on the work schedule, part of the work will have to be carried out in winter conditions. Any person or company that has obtained the Tender Documents and does not submit a bid agrees to complete the "Non-Participation Questionnaire" form included in the Tender Documents in Appendix U and send it to UQAM, for the attention of Karine Tanguay, by email at tanguay. karine@uqam.ca.
