TA Loving, as Construction Manager at Risk, is seeking proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors and vendors for furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for the Morrisville High School - Phase 3 & Phase 4 project located at 6333 Little Drive, Morrisville, North Carolina, 27560. Phase 3A packages include Concrete (BP-0300), Structural Precast (BP-0330), Structural Steel (BP-0500), Metal Panels (BP-0750), Electrical (BP-2600), Sitework (BP-3100), and H-piles (BP-3163). Proposals shall be Lump Sum. Bid Packages will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. Sealed bids may be delivered to the office of T.A. Loving Company provided they are received no later than Noon the day of the bid. Small, minority, and women-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to participate. Guidelines established in the North Carolina General Statutes and good faith efforts will be followed. Wake County Public School System and TA Loving reserve the unqualified right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding and to accept bids which are considered to be in the best interest of the Owner. Owner and Construction Manager also reserve the right to require any bidder to submit information necessary to determine if said bidder is responsible within the meaning of N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-129. New 3-story parking deck for the Morrisville High School (H14) site and associated site circulation changes needed to support the addition of the parking deck. The open parking deck will be sprinklered and support over 500 vehicles.
