Garage No. 1: Time and Material Price for knockdown survey. Garage No. 2: Lump Sum for removal and replacement of waterproofing membrane and underlying sealants on L2 and L3 ramps, new parking line striping, cleaning and coating of bollards. Unit Price for concrete repairs, expansion joint blockout repairs, replacement of slab sealants, and urethane injection repairs. Garage No. 5: Unit Price for cleaning and coating of light pole bases on the roof level. Garage No. 6: Unit Price for L6 concrete slab repairs, L6 expansion joint blockout repairs, L6 standard and oversized cove replacements, L6 grout pocket repairs, and rail embedment repairs. Good Samaritan Garage: Lump Sum for removal of existing concrete curb, membrane patch, cleaning of drain bodies and drainlines, pressure washing of facades (excluding north façade mural), installation of Silane water repellant on precast concrete, installation of elastomeric coating on brick and concrete. Unit Price for miscellaneous concrete repairs, miscellaneous metal repairs, tuckpointing repairs, sealant replacement, grout pocket repairs, and installation of supplemental floor drain. Free downloads available to contractors only. Hard copy plan sets and spec books available for purchase. Existing plan holders will be notified by email upon release of any addenda. Failure to order bid sets through the specified process will prevent notification and access to addenda.
