Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors seeks to enter into service contracts for a 2-year term from April 01, 2026, through March 31, 2028. Sealed competitive bids will be received from qualified professional vendors for Plumbing Services as specified in the individual bid packets. Bids must be submitted either electronically via Central Bidding or as sealed physical bids addressed to the Lauderdale County Purchasing Department. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the bid number, bid name, company name, and address. The bids will be opened publicly, and no further information will be discussed until the evaluation is complete. The Board will select the most qualified vendor based on price and other relevant factors and enter into a contract. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No vendor may withdraw their bid within thirty days after opening without the Board’s consent.
