New Braunfels Utilities is soliciting requests for bids for the Landa Street Water Line Extension Construction Project. To view solicitations, vendors are instructed to go to www.opengov.com and must complete the free online registration to access the materials. Additional instructions on registration can be found on the NBU website or by contacting the NBU Purchasing Department. The Project has been designed by Pawelek & Moy, Inc. The Project is anticipated to include some or all of the following items within its scope: (i) construction of approximately 100 linear feet of 8-inch water line by trenchless methods; (ii) approximately 200 linear feet of 8-inch water line to be grout-filled and abandoned; (iii) two-inch long water service; (iii) stormwater pollution prevention; (iv) traffic control; (v) site restoration; and (vi) all other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project.
