Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

In general the work consists of replacing the existing draw-out main circuit breakers and retrofit in a modern Square D type MTZ draw-out circuit breaker with arc flash reduction maintenance settings (ERMS), replace the circuit monitor with a modern power monitor, and replace the transformer cooling controller and fans in (6) unit substations. There is one unit substation in each of the four wings, one wing also houses the Emergency and Mechanical unit substations. Each wing will require a complete electrical outage before the work can start. Question Deadline 03/23/2026 Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before the date set for bid opening.
