The project involves the construction of a new 25,000 SF fire station and associated site work. Bidders are invited to submit competitive bids for the Hoodland Fire District #74 New Fire Station project located at E. Salmon River Road, Welches, OR. The work is anticipated to start in April 2026 with substantial completion in June 2027. All bidders are advised to closely review all Division 0 bid documents which include the Advertisement For Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Packages / Forms, MEP Design-Assist RFP, Insurance Requirements, INLINE Standard Subcontract and the Schedule and Logistics Plan. The project is a public works project and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Rate of Wage), requiring compliance with the requirements of Oregon Revised Statutes. Bidders should direct questions to the CM/GC PM and not contact the owner or architect directly. INLINE Construction or its subsidiary may submit bids for specified bid packages and will submit their sealed bids at least 24 hours prior to the bid closing for Bid Package #2 to Hoodland Fire District representatives. Hoodland Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive formalities, and postpone the award of the contract for 60 days. All bids and prices quoted must be firm for 60 days after the bid closing date.
