This project consists of interior renovations including painting, ceilings, minor electrical, lockers, and marker/tack boards. The project is scheduled to start June 2026. The work may be described in the following bid packages: BP#06A - General Trades, BP#09B - Painting, BP#09C - Acoustical Ceilings. Bids are to be submitted in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project and bid package number. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the base bid and all alternates, made payable to the owner. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and a labor and material bond each in the sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the bid. Bidders must provide evidence of necessary facilities, abilities, experience, equipment, financial and physical resources available to fulfill the conditions of the contract and execute the work. This project is subject to the State of Illinois Prevailing Wage requirements for Lake County, Illinois. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive irregularities, and amend the bidding documents prior to the bid opening with reasonable notice to bidders.
