The deadline to ask questions is 3/12/2026 2:00 PM CST The Project includes the following Work: The bore package generally consists of: (A) two (2) thirty-six-inch (36") diameter steel casing mechanical bore crossings of TxDOT State Highway 30 between Bird Pond Road and William D. Fitch Pkwy; (B) two (2) twenty-four-inch (24") diameter horizontal directional drill (HDD) bores across private driveways; and (C) one (1) twenty-four-inch (24") diameter HDD bore beneath the Navasota River. Owner will furnish pipe for the bores unless noted otherwise in the Bid Form. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received after the deadline, Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM, will not be answered.
