Sealed proposals are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required for the 2026 Paving Program, 26-04. Each bidder must submit a printed copy of the Bid Documents booklet with all applicable forms filled out, and provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bidders must obtain bidding documents directly from the City and register as a plan holder to receive any addenda or additional information. All contractors and subcontractors are required to comply with prevailing wage rates established by the State of Ohio Division of Labor and Worker Safety Wage and Hour Bureau, as well as all EEO requirements. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to enter into a contract with the bidder offering the lowest and best proposal. The estimated total cost range for the materials and labor for the Base Bid of the project is $3,056,829.47 .
