Site work for a water / sewer project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of the Clay Liner to serve 5C-2 Pond, Montgomery County Municipal Utility District No. 128A for HF Holding Company, LLC or its assigns. Each proposal must be submitted in duplicate and accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, made payable to HF Holding Company, LLC, in at least five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. This guarantee ensures the bidder will enter into a contract within ten (10) days after receiving contract documents. Bids lacking the required guarantee will not be considered. Drawings, specifications, and bidding documents may be obtained from LJA Engineering, Inc. for a non-refundable deposit. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bids received.
