Site work for a water / sewer project in Greenville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of replacing the existing south lime slaker with a 1,000 PPH stainless steel lime slaker, drop tube to slaker, and knife gate valve above slaker. Also included is the replacement of the existing slide gate and rotary feed valve on the lime silo, along with other work as shown on the drawings and specified. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be provided as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be accepted only from plan holders who have purchased plans and specifications for the project. Bidders must submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed on or before 12/31/2026 ; Final completion - 1/31/2027. GREENVILLE WATER TREATMENT PLANT 4160 STATE ROUTE 502 GREENVILLE. UH 45331 The engineer's estimate for this project is $527,500.00. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
