Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Milltown, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,000-square-foot municipal facility; clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; for site work for a municipal facility; clubhouse / community center; and fire / police facility.

The work, in general, will include the following schedule of work: A single lump sum contract for the construction of a Community Center, Village Hall, and Police Station. Some of the spaces include a community room, warming kitchen, several offices, large conference/board room, evidence prep, evidence storage, and a breakroom. The new facility will be roughly 9,000 sq. ft. and will be constructed of cast-in-place concrete frost foundation, slab on grade concrete floor, wood framing with an asphalt shingle roof, and internal CMU room with a precast plank ceiling. The project includes approximately 0.77 acres of site development. This will include a trash enclosure, mechanical enclosure, and screening of mechanical units.
