**As of May 18, 2026, the project was awarded to Steve Harris Construction, Inc. with an awarded amount of $366,859.12.** The Project includes the following Work: o Site grading and paving o Installation of raw and finished water main and associated appurtenances o Installation, maintenance, and removal of traffic control devices o Installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control devices o Seeding of all disturbed areas within the Construction Limits Bids are requested for the following Contract: NEW FINISHED AND RAW WATER MAIN Docs note Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit of $150.00 for each set (11x17 drawings and bound specifications manual). Bidders who return full sets of the Bidding Documents in good condition within 14 days after award of the project will receive a full refund. Non-Bidders, and Bidders who obtain more than one set of the Bidding Documents, will receive a refund of $150.00 for documents returned in good condition within the time limit indicated above.
