Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water tank for rehabilitation.
**As of April 7th, 2026, Project has been placed on hold for four or five months** Surface preparation by pressure washing and/or sand blasting. Dehydration to prevent rusting. Installation of a shroud to protect adjacent property from sand blasting and paint spray. Removal and disposal of sediment from the bottom of the tank. Repainting of the interior and exterior of a 500,000-gallon ground storage tank and a 20,000-gallon hydro tank. Repainting of the fuel tank, generator housing, wellhead, and all above-ground piping except as noted on plans. Clean-up of the project area upon completion. R0059249.00 Question Deadline 03/03/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request [online to the www.CivcastUSA.com ] for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
