Forsyth County is seeking qualified, licensed bidders to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the Central Park Administration Building Renovation. The intent is to renovate the existing reception desk area and convert the space to new enclosed offices. General Requirements/Contractor Responsibilities _ Field-verify all existing conditions and measurements prior to commencing work. _ Protect all existing adjacent finishes, flooring, walls, ceilings, furniture, and occupied areas from damage, dust, and debris. _ Provide temporary barriers, dust control, and safety measures as required. _ Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. _ Contractor to obtain all materials prior to commencing the work. _ Keep a clean job site at the end of each day, free of debris and hauling away trash. _ Protect all work completed daily. The County is not responsible for damage that was not protected by the Contractor. _ There will be no storage areas available onsite for materials. _ Coordinate all work with Project Manager to minimize disruption to building operations. _ Perform final cleaning of effected areas prior to Owner occupancy.
