The project consists of a dog park at the southern end of the Packing District Park (The Grove Park) across from the Orlando Tennis Courts. It includes two covered canopy structures with concrete pads, landscaping, lighting, and perimeter fencing. Bidders must be appropriately licensed Florida Contractors pursuant to Chapter 489 Florida Statutes to be considered responsible bidders and eligible to be awarded a contract. Bids must be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Bidders are responsible for checking for any issued addenda and must acknowledge executed addenda in OpenGov. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, or to re-advertise. Awards, if made, will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the City, considering price and other factors.
