The 2026 Berthoud Sidewalk Improvements Project as defined per task order may consist of full removal and replacement, grinding, and new installation of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and accessible ramps. Some areas may require asphalt cutting and patching. Landscape restoration, expansion joint construction, dowels, and sawcutting activities shall be inclusive of bid price. Bidders shall follow CDOT standard specifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and vertical curbs. LCUASS standards shall be followed for standard rollover curbs; however, some instances may be required to match existing conditions. Actual work quantities will vary from the Bid Form quantities.
