Reference Number 0000414093 Maintenance, repair or reconstruction of existing roadways and adjacent concrete in various locations. Construction of new sidewalk and associated infrastructure. The 2026 Berthoud Roadway and Sidewalk Improvements Project consists of multiple task items including roadway and sidewalk repairs. These can include patching of Urban Pl., Woodcock Dr., and roads in the Bel Cara subdivision. Slurry sealing of portions of Gateway Park Blvd. Mill and overlay of portions of Gateway Park Blvd., Gateway Park Dr., Glacier Ave., Lake Ave., and portions of 7th St. Full depth reclamation of a single alley in the Mary's Farm subdivision. Various partial and full depth patches in multiple locations. This may also include removal and replacement, grinding, and new installation of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and accessible ramps. Landscape restoration, expansion joint construction, dowels, and sawcutting activities shall be inclusive of bid price. Bidders shall follow CDOT standard specifications for ADA ramps, sidewalks, and vertical curbs. LCUASS standards shall be followed for standard rollover curbs; however, some instances may be required to match existing conditions. Actual work quantities will vary from the Bid Form quantities. Contract documents require that all work be completed no later than September 30, 2026. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders.
