This work includes the development of a heated concrete area, the addition of ramps, the installation of lighting and the completion of landscaping work. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a tenderer if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders. DURATION OF WORKS The work required under this call for tenders must be completed within 20 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave (e.g., construction holidays) and the time required to procure materials/equipment) from the date specified in the contract or upon receipt of written authorisation from the Company. The probable start date for the work is between 15 April and 15 May 2026.
