Sealed proposals are requested for site improvements at Beechwood Ave Pickleball Courts. Proposal forms, instructions to bidders, specifications, and other bidding documents can be reviewed and obtained from the Cherry Hill Township Purchasing Bid Posting website. Paper copies are available for a specified fee in the Purchasing Department. Registered vendors will receive addenda and clarifications if issued. It is the responsibility of each proposer to be aware of and review any addenda before the bid opening. One original proposal with original signatures, one complete copy, and an electronic copy on a flash drive should be submitted. The Township Council reserves the right to reject all proposals and to waive minor informalities as permitted by law. Bidders must comply with Affirmative Action requirements and other applicable legal obligations.
