Site work for a water / sewer project in Lincolnton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Abandon in place the two 6" water mains, replace all services, and transfer 6" water main connections along Hwy. 150 E. to the existing 12" water main. Construct approximately 700 linear feet of 8" water main and 170 linear feet of 6" water main. Relocate existing water meters off private property and into the Highway 150 E right-of-way. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. E-mail all questions regarding specifications or requirements to James Homiller, PE. E-mail clarification of the bid process to nolan.locklear@lincolncountync.gov. Questions must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 17, 2026. All clarifications, answers to questions and changes made to the RFB will be responded to by written addendum. The addendum will be posted on the County's Website on or before 5:00 PM on March 19, 2026.
