The Village of Orland Park is seeking qualified electrical contractors to provide on-call electrical services on an as-needed basis for various Village lighting infrastructure located in public right-of-way locations, parking lots, and ballfields. The contract will be a rate-based agreement using the Contractor's proposed labor and equipment rates, with a yearly not to exceed budget of $100,000. Selected firms will enter into a Master Service Agreement and be included on a pre-qualified list for projects from 2026 through 2028, with the possibility of extending individual contracts for up to two additional years at the Village’s discretion. Mandatory requirements include a contractor's license, required insurance, and adherence to prevailing wage. Bids may be submitted electronically or physically and may be in lump sum pricing.
