Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Presolicitation. Demolition and removal of the existing Delta wedge barriers at the garage entrance and exit of the Byron White U.S. Courthouse, followed by design and construction of a new active vehicular barrier system and supporting infrastructure. Work includes complete extraction of all wedge barrier components, correction of existing power issues, and replacement with HySecurity StrongArm M30 and M50 barriers as required by the U.S. Marshals Service for reliable operation under environmental conditions. The new system must incorporate safety devices not present in the existing configuration to ensure safe operation and protection of life and property. Only USMS-approved security installers may perform the installation. This project is a total small business set-aside. Location: Byron White U.S. Courthouse 1823 Stout Street, Denver, CO 80257 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
