Questions from bidders will stop being entertained 72 hours prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Work to include the abatement of existing gypsum ceiling, removal of existing carpet tile, storefront, and doors, the relocation of existing light fixtures and two wall mounted mini split mechanical cassettes, construction of new partitions, bracing of existing steel roof structure, installation of doors, storefront assemblies, ceilings, finish work, rough in for door access control components, and coordination of installation of access control components with the owner's security vendor. Plans can be obtained from Paducah Blueprint & Supply. One deposit for each set of documents shall be made payable to Paducah Blueprints in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) which is non-refundable for electronic copies, or two deposits for hard copies: Fifty Dollars ($50.00) which is non-refundable and One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) which will be refunded upon return of documents in good condition to Paducah Blueprints within 30 days after Bid opening.
