Bowling Green State University is seeking pricing proposals from qualified vendors to provide two generators that meet the specifications defined in the RFP Scope of Work, for use at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union and Huntington Building at BGSU. Bidders are to ensure that the proposed generators conform to the required specifications as outlined. Zero and negative unit prices and labor are permitted in the proposal. Bowling Green State University is accepting pricing proposals from qualified vendors to provide two generators that meet the specifications defined in the performance specifications included in the Scope of Work document. The generators purchased through this RFP are to be used for the Huntington Building and Bowen-Thompson Student Union/Hayes Hall main distribution frame (MDF) as part of the University's ITS Infrastructure Master Plan Implementation. For clarification purposes, it should be noted that this purchase is only for the procurement of the generator(s) - no install services are being requested as part of this RFP, as the installation will be handled by a contractor hired by the University. The performance specifications for each generator are listed in Attachment A (Student Union Generator) and Attachment B (Huntington Building Generator), respectively. The generator(s) proposed by the vendor must meet the specifications identified in each respective attachment - generators that only satisfy portions of the performance specification will not be accepted.
