The work includes providing highway services for the Town of Mount Pleasant, the Villages of Pleasantville and Briarcliff Manor, and the Fire Districts of Thornwood and Valhalla. The services required are tree stump removal, excavation equipment and material removal, storm water catch basin cleaning, and street sweeping. Bids must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the name of the highway service. Sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to the Office of the Town Clerk, Town of Mount Pleasant, 1 Town Hall Plaza, Valhalla, New York 10595. A Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate is required. The municipalities and fire districts reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to their interests. Bids will be effective from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with an option to renew under specific bid terms and conditions.
