Renovation of an educational facility in Florence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the project for Florence Elementary School Domestic Hot Water Boiler Replacement will be received by the Owner. Bidders must deposit with their Bids security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Bidders may visit the Project site and view existing conditions in detail prior to submission of Bid. Bidders may not visit site without first notifying Dan Razor, Director of Facility Management for Boone County Schools, at 859-282-3320. Scope - This specification shall apply for the design and fabrication of all hangers, supports, anchors and guides. Where piping design is such that exceptions to this specification are necessary, the particular system shall be identified, and the exceptions approved by Engineer prior to installation.
