Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washington, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 26th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on April 20, 2026** The proposed work includes two-inch asphalt resurfacing with full width cold mill, removal and replacement of all sidewalks and curb and gutter to meet ADA regulations from Front Street to Fifth with retaining wall where necessary. Project also includes signage, retaining walls, striping, paved approach, and ADA compliant curb ramps along portions of the project corridor All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, 2025 Edition including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. The City Council of said City with approval from the Missouri Department of Transportation reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any irregularities therein.
