AMENDMENT 0003 DETAILS (CLIN 0005 IS REMOVED) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenace and Repair Services at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) and United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery (USSANC). The purpose for this amendment is to extend the Solicitation Closing Date from March 30, 2026 8:00 AM to March 30, 2:00 PM. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance and repair services are required at Arlington National Cemetery and the United States Soldiers' and Airmen's Home National Cemetery. Work includes providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, components, and associated mechanical equipment in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Contractors must support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, respond to service calls, ensure proper system functionality, and comply with all applicable regulations and standards. Proposals are due by March 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. A site visit will be held on March 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT, with access rosters due to the Contracting Officer Representative by 1400 hours on March 17, 2026. Questions and comments must be submitted by March 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM EDT. Offerors must submit two complete proposals, including one fully redacted version.
