New construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 158,000-square-foot, one-story above grade, 256-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.

Extendicare (Canada) Inc. invites Construction Managers to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a new 256-resident Long-Term Care Home of approximately 14,700 square meters in Ottawa, Ontario. The scope of work to be carried out under this contract will be included in the RFP Conditions.
