Description

Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Bloomington, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.

The scope of work includes 610 - General Construction, which will encompass the complete construction of the Salt Storage/Brine Building Project. Bids must be submitted as sealed lump sum bids electronically through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be accepted in any other location or format, and any documents sent directly to the City will be returned unopened and not considered for award. All bids must be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. All technical issues and questions should be directed to Bids&Tenders support at support@bidsandtenders.ca. Late submissions will not be accepted due to technical issues.
