Site work for a water / sewer project in New Richland, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of two separate Bid Packets: Bid Packet 1 and Bid Packet 2. Bidders may submit bids on Bid Packet 1 only, Bid Packet 2 only, or on both packets. Waseca County reserves the right to award Bid Packet 1 only, Bid Packet 2 only, or both packets to the same bidder or to different bidders. Award(s) will be made to the responsible bidder(s) or combination of bidders that results in the lowest total cost to the County. The approximate amount of work is as follows: 2,600 LF 30" Tile 1,325 LF 10" Tile 6,860 LF 24" Tile 3 EA Road Crossings 3,700 LF 18" Tile 2 EA Borings 5,818 LF 15" Tile The Contractor will be required to guarantee the work covered by the contract against any fault or negligence on their part. The tile supplier and Contractor will also be required to guarantee and their contracts and bonds shall guarantee the tile work covered by their contracts for a period of three (3) years after completion against any fault or negligence on their part.
