Renovation of an educational facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 65,020-square-foot educational facility.
The Work involves all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: Install new 4 ply modified bituminous roof with insulation package over concrete, steel and wood structure (approx. 65,020 SF). Install new roof drains and associated pipe. Install new metal, fascia and flashings. Construction start date will be May 1, 2026 and will need to be completed no later than July 31st of 2026. Lincoln Public Schools is soliciting bids for the Pershing Elementary School Reroof project. Bidding documents and plans are available at A & D Technical Supply for a refundable deposit made out to Lincoln Public Schools. An additional non-refundable check made out to A & D Technical Supply is required if shipping is requested. Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 14 calendar days after the bid opening. Plans are also available for viewing at Lincoln Builders Bureau. All bids must be submitted on the LPS bid form. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond is required; cashier's checks or certified checks are not acceptable. Bids must be submitted to the LPS Operations Department by the specified deadline and will be open to the public.
