Kalihi Police Station - Waterproofing Improvements, Job No. VII-01-26-C. The work is to be performed on the island of Oahu. TAX MAP KEY: 1-3-024: 002 & 006 Estimated cost is $800,000.00. Requests for Clarification/Substitution due date: March 17, 2026 This project is a Renovation to the existing Kalihi Police station located at the above project location. The existing structure is approximately 15,000sf, 2-stories which includes a below grade, Basement parking level and Main Station level. The main level is a steel rigid frame seated on a prestressed concrete planked slab supported by below grade concrete walls, beams, and columns. The exterior of the building is EIFS/DEFS finished. See description of scope below: 1. Provide miscellaneous improvements work per civil drawings. 2. Excavate the existing soil at building wall approximately 24" below existing of grade to seal and mechanically fasten the top of the new existing waterproofing membrane. Install Stainless steel termination flashing to protect top edge of the waterproofing. Add concrete apron. Provide on 2 sides of building per drawings. 3. At building rear modify grade slightly to create positive drainage as it appears to be slightly sloping toward the building per drawings. 4. Replace existing metal railings at building entry per drawings. 5. Replace damaged railings with new to match existing at guard wall at building entry with new metal pipe rail to match existing. 6. Clean/Repair existing rebar and repair spalling at existing Sally port door and finish to match existing surface. 7. Epoxy injection repairs to be provided at foundation walls per drawings. 8. Cap existing concrete planter at the front of the building and provide new concrete apron per drawings. 9. Provide concrete walkway on south side of building per drawings. 10.Provide landscape irrigation work per drawings.
