Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Defuniak Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Childers Construction Company, as the Construction Manager, will receive sealed bids for Walton County School District- Paxton School Phase 2B. Bids are being accepted for the following packages: Selective Demo/Abatement, Casework, Electrical, and Telecom. Bidders are instructed to submit sealed bids directly to the office as specified, with electronic bids accepted per the stated procedure. MBWBE firms are encouraged to prequalify. Prequalified bidders cannot be on the Federal Vendors Debarred or Suspended List. Bid documents are provided to all prequalified bidders. Walton County School District and the Construction Manager reserve the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalified bidders cannot be on the Federal Vendors Debarred or Suspended List.
